You will need equal amounts of cranberries, oranges
and dark brown sugar.
Remove zest from the oranges.(Keep!)
Peel and chop oranges.
Put zest, chopped oranges, cranberries and sugar into a pan.
Cook until cranberries have softened.
Put into sterilised jars, refrigerate when cool.
This cranberry sauce tastes great! It will keep for several weeks in the fridge.
Serve with chicken, turkey, pork etc. – Christmas dinner.
It’s also great with pork pie and cheeses. even nice warmed up and served with ice cream!
